Our Stage 2 CNC Ported Cylinder Heads are the best deal for 80% of applications. You get our Stage 2 CNC Porting Program w/ Hand Blended Bowls to Valve Seats, Our Stage 2 PAC Valve Springs, 4130 Chrome Moly Retainers, MHS Stainless Steel Valves, Tapered Nose Bronze Valve Guides, Trick Valve Job (4 Angle Intake, 3 Angle / Radius Exhaust), Viton Valve Stem Seals, Surfaced and Assembled.

The Combo Package includes any set of MHS 2V PI Camshafts, Camshaft Sprockets, Spacers, Washers and New OEM Camshaft Bolts, New OEM Followers, New OEM Lash Adjusters, Camshaft Degree Service, TFS Billet Adjustable Crank Gears and Full Assembly. Ready to Bolt on!

Simply Select the Camshafts you would like from the Drop Down Menu. All Camshafts will fit with Stock Pistons / Pistons without Valve Reliefs unless otherwise stated. If you need help selecting a set of Camshafts for your combo, please Contact Us for suggestions. Be sure to let us know all your modifications including intake manifold, exhaust system, ect.

The MHS Core Charge Options -

You can select to be responsible for sending in your cores prior to the completed heads shipping to you -or-

You can select to pay the $500 Core Charge & $50 Freight and the labels will ship with your completed Heads. You will then use those boxes to return the cores to MHS and receive a $500 refund once they are received.

Options and Upgrades:

Switch to Windsor Cores - This is needed for 99-00 4.6L and 5.4L applications.
- These are late model 8 thread cores, with the larger timing cover bolt holes and Windsor Valve cover bolt pattern.
Upgrade to MHS Stage 3 PAC RPM Series Springs
- Suggested for 18lbs of boost or more
Upgrade to Titanium Retainers
- This is just personal preference. The 4130 Chrome Moly Retainers are just fine, but some people want Titanium and that's why there is an option.
Upgrade to Ford GT Followers
- The Ford GT Followers will give you around 25% more oil pressure in the cylinder head. They are also a stronger design than the OEM Followers.

All of the above combos are used with the stock 4.6 plastic PI intake manifold, unless otherwise noted. You do not need an aftermarket intake, ultra radical cam specs, or piston notches to make these numbers. As a bonus these combinations are relatively affordable, reliable, very streetable, and if tuned properly will not adversely affect your fuel economy.
