MHS 4.6L / 5.4L 3V Stage 1 CNC Porting Package

Short and Sweet description - Stage 1 CNC Porting / Chamber Program, Blended Bowls to Seats, Performance 4 Angle Valve Job, Re-Ground Stock Valves with Polished Stems and Back Cut Intake Valves, Stage 2 PAC Valve Spring, Viton Stem Seals, Surfacing and Assembly 

Not so short description
We start by disassembling the heads, thoroughly inspecting them for any possible damage, removing all oil galley plugs and freeze plugs, removing the old valve guides, deep cleaning them and bead blasting the ports and chambers to remove any additional carbon deposits. Next is CNC Porting and Chamber softening. The heads are then moved over to our Seat and Guide area where our custom Bronze Guides are installed and honed to size. We then perform our Performance 4 Angle Valve Job. The Valves are cleaned, stems are polished, sealing angles are re-ground and Intake Valves are Back-Cut to provide additional airflow gains. The Heads are then surfaced on our CBN / PCD Surfacer and Assembled with our Viton Valve Stem Seals and our Stage 2 PAC Valve Springs. Heads will also be assembled with new USA Made Brass Freeze Plugs and New Oil Gallery Plugs. 

Cylinder Heads are to be sent in with camshafts, lash adjusters and followers removed. If you would like to leave them in the cylinder heads, we can clean all the parts, polish up the camshafts and re-install everything for an additional cost. You will also have the option for us to install new OEM Lash Adjusters which is also a good idea.

SHIPPING- After your order is received, we will ship out a set of Cylinder Head Boxes to you with Pre-Paid Return Labels, all the proper packaging and packaging instructions to ensure your heads arrive safely. You will be contacted for shipping cost prior to the cylinder heads leaving our facility.

You are responsible for the freight once the heads are completed.
