MHS 5.0L Coyote Ti-VCT Stage 1 CNC Porting Package 

  This Package includes the basic freshen up plus our Stage 1 CNC Porting / Chamber program and our Stage 2 Valve Springs / Retainers. To keep the cost down, we re-use the stock valves. 

We start by disassembling the heads, thoroughly inspecting them for any possible damage, removing all oil galley plugs and freeze plugs, removing the old valve guides, deep cleaning them and bead blasting the ports and chambers to remove any additional carbon deposits. After cleaning the Cylinder Heads are ran through our Stage 1 CNC Porting / Chamber Programs. The heads are then moved over to our Seat and Guide area where our custom Bronze Guides are installed and honed to size. We then perform our Performance 4 Angle Valve Job and then blend the bowls to the valve seat. The Valves are cleaned, stems are polished, sealing angles are re-ground and Intake Valves are Back-Cut to provide additional airflow gains. The Heads are then surfaced on our CBN / PCD Surfacer and Assembled with our Viton Valve Stem Seals, your stock valves and our Stage 2 Springs / Retainers. We have multiple Valve Spring options as an upgrade. Heads will also be assembled with new USA Made Brass Freeze Plugs and New Oil Gallery Plugs. 

Cylinder Heads are to be sent in with camshafts, lash adjusters and followers removed. If you would like to leave them in the cylinder heads, we can clean all the parts, polish up the camshafts and re-install everything for an additional cost.

SHIPPING- After your order is received, we will ship out a set of Cylinder Head Boxes to you with Pre-Paid Return Labels, all the proper packaging and packaging instructions to ensure your heads arrive safely. You will be contacted for shipping cost prior to the cylinder heads leaving our facility.
