This 5.0L Coyote Rotating Assembly is rated for 1500+ HP and up to 10K RPM. We use only the best off the shelf components for this kit. Boss 302 Forged Crankshaft, USA Made Oliver Billet Standard Weight Connecting Rods with 7/16" ARP 2000 Bolts and Diamond Mod2k Pistons. The Diamond Mod2k Pistons come with all the features needed to withstand 35+lbs of boost reliably. 
Diamond Mod2k Features explained:
  • The .325" down top ring land makes the crown super strong.
  • Lateral gas ports help with top ring seal. 
  • The removal of the pressure balance groove typically found between the top and 2nd ring grooves further strengthens the top ring land. 
  • Strutted Forging is lighter than full round, yet just as strong. Added Pin boss supports underneath further support the wrist pin. 
  • Trend .225" Wall Wrist Pins are very unlikely to flex. This not only adds rigidity and power holding capabilities to the rotating assembly but the rigidity of the .225" Wall Pins will keep the pin bores of the pistons from galling and the rod bushings from getting wore out. Both the galling of the pin bores and premature wear of the rod bushings can be seen when the wrist pin is not correct for the application. 
  • Total Seal AP Steel Rings - Nitrided Stainless Steel Top Rings designed for high boost / nitrous applications and can pretty much handle anything needed. Optional Ductile Iron Napier 2nd Rings help with oil control by scraping down any residual oil that may get past the oil ring assembly. 
We offer in-house balancing for all rotating assemblies and highly suggest having us balance the assembly for you. Normally these assemblies will require a slug of heavy metal installed into each end of the crankshaft due to the bobweight. Most shops will charge $75.00 per slug, installed. If you purchase the assembly and the balancing option at the same time, we waive the heavy metal fee.
