Please note the standard bore for a 4.6L and 5.4L engine is 3.552". We are frequently asked whether these head gaskets with work with a .020" or .030" over bore and the answer is yes. A general rule of thumb is that you want to have the head gasket bore a minimum of .020" larger than the cylinder bore.
