The MHS / PAC Stage 2 Valve Springs for the 4.6L / 5.4L 3 Valve Heads are a great choice for all applications with aftermarket Camshafts. 100% Drop in, no machining required. Fits stock Retainers and Seals. These are the exact same Valve Springs we use in all of our 3V Cylinder Head Packages. Manufactured by PAC Racing right here in the USA!
