The Manley H-Beam is a popular choice of Connecting Rod with the Ford Modular Crowd. The became very well known when Ford used them in the 03-04 Cobra and then again in the Ford GT Super car. These Rods are fully machined, heat treated, stressrelieved, shot peened, and magnafluxed. A great choice when upgrading your 3.5L / 3.7L bottom end.
