Accufab 4V Driver Side Secondary Tensioner 

Driver side timing chain tensioner for use on a Ford 4.6L, 5.4L or 5.8L 4V ONLY engine. The driver side tensioner is available separately or sold as a complete kit. This tensioner is designed to use significantly less oil during operation and also uses a custom one piece plunger assembly. Tensioner is machined for a viton o-ring for a leak proof seal.
